Shipping policy
At San Antonio Mulch Delivery, we specialize in delivering bulk landscape materials quickly, safely, and efficiently throughout the Greater San Antonio area.
Delivery Area
We currently offer delivery within approximately 75 miles of San Antonio, TX.
Orders placed outside our standard delivery area may be subject to additional delivery charges, modified scheduling, or cancellation if service is not available.

Delivery Scheduling
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability, order volume, weather conditions, and delivery route scheduling.
Delivery windows are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet requested timing but cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
During peak seasons, promotions, or weather delays, delivery timelines may be extended.
Delivery Method
All bulk materials are delivered using dump trucks or trailers and are unloaded by gravity dump at the delivery location.
We do not offer hand spreading, placement beyond the dump location, or precision installation as part of standard delivery.
Delivery Location & Placement
Customers may request a preferred dump location; however, all deliveries are subject to driver discretion and site safety.
Material will be dumped in a single location unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Once material is dumped, it cannot be moved, adjusted, or reloaded.
Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, the customer agrees to ensure that the delivery location is:
- Accurate and accessible
- Clear of obstacles such as vehicles, gates, fences, or equipment
- Free of low branches, wires, or overhead obstructions
- Capable of supporting the weight of a loaded truck
- Prepared for the delivery of bulk material
If no one is present at the time of delivery, the driver will leave the material in the safest reasonable location available.
Truck Access & Site Conditions
Our delivery trucks are large and heavy. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the site can safely accommodate delivery.
We are not responsible for damage to:
- Driveways, sidewalks, or curbs
- Lawns or landscaping
- Irrigation systems or underground utilities
- Private roads or surfaces
- Any area designated or approved by the customer for delivery
If the driver determines that site conditions are unsafe or inaccessible, we may refuse or modify delivery at our discretion.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Blocked access
- Unsafe conditions
- Customer instructions that cannot be followed safely
The order may be subject to additional delivery fees, redelivery charges, or cancellation without refund of delivery-related costs.
Multiple Loads
Larger orders may require multiple truckloads. Delivery pricing at checkout reflects load size, but certain combinations of materials or quantities may require separate deliveries.
If additional loads are required beyond what was calculated at checkout, we may contact you to confirm updated delivery arrangements.
Weather Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions that impact safety, material handling, or road access.
We will make every effort to communicate delays and reschedule as needed.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before placing it.
Once an order has been processed, scheduled, or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on load size.
Delivery charges are non-refundable once delivery has been scheduled or dispatched.
